Akvapan Inženjering d.o.o. Čačak is seeking a Public Procurement Sales Representative to support the sale of the company's product portfolio,
as well as complementary products offered by our partner companies.

Job Description
– Office-based work combined with field activities
– Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients
– Analyzing customer requirements, evaluating technical solutions, and preparing commercial offers with all relevant details
– Monitoring public procurement announcements on relevant procurement portals
– Reviewing and analyzing tender documentation
– Preparing complete tender documentation, including bids, forms, declarations, technical specifications, and financial documentation
– Processing orders, managing sales activities, and coordinating payment collection in accordance with established sales procedures
– Monitoring the execution of public procurement contracts
– Maintaining records and archiving tender documentation
– Planning business trips and scheduling meetings to identify and develop new business opportunities
– Communicating with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings while presenting the company's product portfolio
– Preparing and submitting regular reports

Candidate Requirements
– University degree; preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Law or Economics
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Category B driver's license (active driver)
– Previous experience in legal affairs, sales, public procurement, or the construction industry is an advantage
– Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
– Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

  • Identify and monitor investment projects from the design phase through project completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with design firms, contractors, investors, public utility companies, and other key project stakeholders.
  • Present the company's products and integrated system solutions.
  • Work on specifying the company's products in project documentation and technical specifications.
  • Monitor public tenders and procurement procedures, analyze tender documentation, and coordinate bid preparation activities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, participate in negotiations, and support the contract award process.
  • Monitor project execution and coordinate activities with internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and project status.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales.
  • Proven experience working with design engineers, contractors, investors, and public utility companies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Akvapan Inženjering is expanding its production team and is looking for a responsible and motivated professional to join us as a Production Coordinator.

Job Description

  • Prepare and set up production machines and equipment before the start of the manufacturing process.
  • Install, remove, and clean production tooling.
  • Maintain tools, ensure proper storage, and keep accurate tool records.
  • Recommend the replacement of worn or damaged tools.
  • Perform preventive inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot production stoppages and resolve more complex mechanical issues.
  • Participate in machine overhauls and repair activities.
  • Work closely with production supervisors during machine start-up, operation, and shutdown.
  • Replace the production supervisor when required during their absence.
  • Propose process improvements and technical solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain records of machine adjustments, replaced parts, identified issues, and consumed materials.
  • Operate work equipment and internal material handling equipment in accordance with company procedures and authorizations.

Qualifications

  • Secondary technical education (technical vocational school or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in machine setup, adjustment, or production equipment maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • High level of responsibility, precision, and quality awareness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and in shift schedules.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
